REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed within 5–10 UAE business days to the original payment method. For bookings paid in cash at the camp, refunds are issued in cash on the next visit, or by bank transfer if you've left the country.

International cards may take an additional 3–5 business days for bank processing. Currency conversion is applied at the refund-date rate, which may differ slightly from the booking-date rate. We don't cover bank transfer charges levied by your home bank.

RESCHEDULE (ALTERNATIVE TO CANCEL)

  • Free date change up to 24 hours before pickup.
  • WhatsApp the booking reference + new date.
  • Maximum 1 reschedule per booking (peak-season exceptions apply at our discretion).

WHEN WE CANCEL

We may cancel a tour for safety reasons, including:

  • Sandstorm or extreme weather (we monitor the UAE Met Office).
  • Vehicle breakdown / driver emergency (though backup vehicles are on standby).
  • Government restrictions or public-holiday road closures.

Outcome: 100% refund OR reschedule at no extra fee, your choice.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

  • Medical emergency with doctor's note → full refund or reschedule.
  • Bereavement in immediate family with documentation → full refund.
  • Flight cancellation with airline proof → full refund or reschedule.

PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS

  • For groups of 6+: individual cancellation rules apply per rider.
  • Minimum group size for private safari vehicles is 2; cancellations below this threshold trigger a vehicle-rate adjustment.

NO-SHOW POLICY

  • A no-show = not present at the agreed pickup location, with no communication, within 15 minutes of the pickup window.
  • Late arrival (within 15 minutes) is not a no-show — we wait.
  • Beyond 15 minutes without communication, the booking is forfeited.

DISPUTES

  • Internal dispute process — response within 7 business days.
  • Legitimate weather / medical chargebacks are never contested.
  • Final escalation: Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DTCM).

POLICY FAQs

If we cancel the tour due to severe weather or sandstorms, you will receive a 100% refund or a free date change. If the tour is still running but you choose not to go due to light rain within 24 hours of pickup, standard cancellation fees apply.
In the case of a medical emergency, if you can provide a doctor's note from a UAE clinic or hospital, we offer a full refund or free reschedule.
No, if you choose to terminate your session early or leave the camp before the scheduled end time, no partial refunds are provided.
Yes, name changes are permitted free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup.
With airline proof of a delayed or cancelled flight, we will provide a full refund or reschedule you to a new date.
Standard cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee (if between 12-24 hours) or a 100% fee (if under 12 hours). We do not waive this unless it falls under our Special Circumstances policy.
