AGREEMENT TO TERMS
- Booking the tour = acceptance of these terms.
- Bookings made by anyone under 18 require parental consent in writing on the day.

BOOKING TERMS
- Confirmation: instant on WhatsApp once we acknowledge.
- Payment: cash on arrival accepted; advance payment by bank transfer or card.
- Group bookings (10+): 25% deposit required.
- Pricing: locked at booking; AED-denominated; foreign currency conversions shown for reference only.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
- Each service page describes what's included and what's excluded.
- Pickup and drop-off as agreed at booking; zone fees as published on the Contact page.
- Duration as published; weather and safety may modify or terminate the experience early at the operator's discretion.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
- Provide accurate name (matching passport for any document checks).
- Provide a reachable phone number.
- Be present at pickup within the 15-minute window.
- Disclose relevant medical conditions before riding.
- Behave respectfully toward team members, guides, animals, and other riders.

HEALTH & SAFETY
- No buggy or quad self-drive under the influence of alcohol or substances.
- Pregnancy: no riding (buggy, quad, or camel saddle as driver).
- Recent spinal, cardiac, or shoulder surgery: medical clearance required.
- Camel weight cap: 120 kg per rider.
- Helmets mandatory for buggy and quad — issued at base camp, no exceptions.
- All riders follow guide instructions during the convoy.

LIABILITY
- Self-drive activities (buggy, quad) are inherently risky — riders acknowledge the residual risk.
- The operator is not liable for personal possessions lost during the tour unless due to gross negligence.
- Force majeure: sandstorm, severe weather, government action — full refund or reschedule per the Cancellation Policy.

CONDUCT POLICIES
- Photography of other guests requires their consent.
- Alcohol only where legally permitted on the camp licence.
- Modest dress code in the camp area.
- During Ramadan: no music or alcohol before iftar; modest dress; religious considerations respected.

CHILDREN & MINORS
- Age policies per activity (full matrix on each service page).
- Parental consent in writing required for any 16–17-year-old driver.
- Adult supervision required for all under-16 participants throughout the tour.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All website content (text, layout, brand assets) is owned by Dune Buggy Dubai Rides.
- Guest photos taken by our team may be used in marketing (with consent collected at booking).
- The brand name and logo are protected — unauthorised use is prohibited.

DISPUTES & COMPLAINTS
- Internal complaint window: within 30 days of the tour date.
- Response time: 7 business days.
- Escalation: DTCM (Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism).
- Arbitration as the final step before court action.

GOVERNING LAW
- UAE law applies.
- Dubai Courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
- International guests retain consumer rights under their home jurisdiction where mandated.
